Staff Opportunities
We are happy that you are considering joining us at YWAM An Cuan! As you think and pray about your future we want to give you a little insight into who we are and what we do here.
We regularly run Discipleship Training Schools, Open Mic nights, Worship gatherings and Ministry nights, Community Fairs, host retreats and other seminars, Parent and Toddler groups, Sewing Groups, and send teams all around Ireland and around the world. We have loved welcoming thousands of people through our doors. You are very welcome here!
Please note we do require every staff member to have completed a Discipleship Training School through YWAM first.

Qualified tradesmen (and women!) are encouraged to apply to be a part of our Maintenance Team to serve our centre. Trades needed (but are not limited to): joiners, electricians, mechanics, plumbers, carpenters, gardeners, etc.

We run 2 DTS’ per year (spring and fall). We need staff with a passion for discipleship to staff at least 1 school a year. If you love DTS, please apply to be a part of this team. When not staffing a DTS, you will be asked to help at An Cuan in other areas of need.

We run multiple children and youth ministries both weekly and annually including art clubs, summer camps, board game clubs, and working in local schools. If you have a heart for children and teens, we would love to welcome you!
